“God loves even the darkest parts of us, the parts we are so afraid to reveal to others. In fact, this is quite possibly where God acts the most.” Christopher Jolly Hale

What can I say, Rhinos have had it pretty bad for the past three years. this year looks pretty bad too, we only in march and already there have been 135 killed. Really pisses me off i want to go to Africa and hunt down the poachers, I’ll be patient. And for those who need a piece of horn which is the equivalent of nails and hair, well I have to middle fingers with nails, they can come and get it.
This is Part one, will try to put out the other ones as soon as i can draw the rest of the rhinos, and go through all the data to create more graphics….
I wish I could say enjoy, there’s nothing to enjoy here.

Yes, unfortunately the tally is up to 135 so far this year in South Africa.

The government’s environment department said in a statement Monday it is encouraged that arrests and convictions for rhino poaching appear to be increasing in 2012. There were 89 arrests in the first eleven weeks of this year.
The department says the worst hit area was the eastern Kruger wildlife park where 75 rhinos were killed for their horn since Jan 1.

The Breakup

I think breakups are misinterpreted for the worst.

People automatically begin to pick a side, to pick the better person, to point out the one who was wrong.

But breakups to me seem a step inward, instead of a step forwards or backwards.

It forces a harsh reality from the perfect utopian realm that was once held within a crystal ball. When it falls and it breaks, it spills one out into the surrounding, and what love blindly left out as a perplexed outsider.

That perplexed outsider is nonetheless the truth and the world.

It’s not the truth that was built on human-relationship-love, which that of course is one truth, but the other truth is the human truth. A human truth of imperfection and continuance of conscious growth; a convergent evolution like Darwin would argue.

Human-realtionship-love sticks you in a realm of perfection and growth into one another. Where when one breathes in, the other breathes out. And I do believe in that counterpart, but if you have the wrong half, one runs out of breath.

And when you run out of breath and the crystal breaks, we’re forced to succumb into darkness, guilt, blame, staying in the past, or maybe losing oneself in a meaningless future.

We are force to wake up to the wrong counterpart that began to grow without you, possibly away from you. You begin to wake up to their imperfections, and their neglect towards you, their false allurement and enchantments.

But you learn, that it is not an attack on their part, that is not self fault either. But it is another encounter with yourself and the Divine.

It is then apparent to me, that the Divine was not in me when I was in love. The Divine was in the other. And when the other decided to walk away it returned the Divine to me, and i wondered, who is worth embracing with the fullness of my heart?

When you pick the Divine, then you understand why you’re still alive. Why every breathe of yours is still miraculous. Why the song birds still sing you the melody that makes your heart rejoice. Why every hug of the wind and enlightenment of the sun is still as beautiful as a the first tulips of spring.

You realize that a breakup, as hard as it hits your heart, you were not left without anything. That next to the loneliness and sense of betrayal, there is the One who has never betrayed you at all. That although the “love-of-your-life” rose you towards the sky, the earth was here to catch you, the soil was here to build you, and the crest of the moon will wait there to cradle you, every night of your life.

Every night that will keep urging you to keep looking for your true counterpart, even if it takes a life time.
